Everything at this Novotel was wrong: clients complain about the same things not working in their rooms, front desk staff has to work unpaid overtime on a daily basis and things always go wrong. How could they? Every single department in this hotel is understaffed, everybody works for 3 people and mistakes are bound to be made... by the hour. Clients are checked into already occupied rooms or rooms that haven't even been cleaned, reservations repeatedly get lost and unprocessed and others duplicated. Housekeeping hands out the wrong rooms for the front desk to assign and the restaurant charges the wrong clients for someone else's bills. I swear I'm not making this up.
