Pros

Good company name, good work life balance. The office in Paris are nice but they consider relocating in Seine St Denis (so forget about having nice lunches and prepare for kebabs). The CEO is tazering the company so it might wake them up.

Cons

no company ambition, no corporate culture - they could be selling diapers it would be the same, salary is not terrible. Lot of politics if you want to climb the ladder, work atmosphere not terrible. No Leadership program or anything of this kind.
