The Catering and Hospitality industry has always been my passion since over 20years. It was always my ambition to 'Re" secured a General Manager’s position in a high standard hotel.
Cons
In order to gain back a position as such and keep growing for The Accor Group, on the international level I need to improve on certain areas. How to manage a great successful business, exceeding our guest satisfaction and achieved finances target all in once. As well as getting the balance with my personal wish as becoming one of the best and successful women leaders of my kind.
