Pros

Friendly colleagues; approachable, yet unprofessional managers.

Cons

Hotel Management tends to think of themselves only, and doesn't invest on staff development. My experience with lower management was that of unprofessional, rude, sexist, confrontational, selfish and petty behaviour. They go to whatever lengths necessary to cut on costs, which includes having interns working for free and cutting down on hours that part-timers and 0-hour contract workers desperately need. Minimum wage and very little room for career progression.

Pros

innovative and ambitious company, food on duty, Free Break voucher, possibly to buy things on Amazon by selling company loyalty cards

Cons

Wages do not reflect at all the huge workload that the company demands. Carreer progression is also a big problem in that company, there is a lots of empty promise going on. It’s really a shame.
