Is a good company in Brazil. The salary is ok if we compare the minimum salary in Brazil. They pay well

Cons

They don't give opportunity to the employee and sometimes in various hotels of the company they add you work but the payment is the same. You dont have bonus . For example a recepcionist in Brazil start doing work as ALL Ambassador but you dont earn northing more for that extra work. Your earn more work and pressure of your boss.
