Pros
Great team & management very supportive, although i think its more because the nature f the work is so hard and sometimes downright demoralising that the only way to retain staff is to be super nice and provide a fun environment .each sale had a $20 bonus which if you can make sales is pretty good,
Cons
repetitive difficult work All paper based from lead lists to sales completion. No computers to assist with script / info / or completing sales . Hard product to sell, cold calling and trying to sell a $325 membership over the phone....... very hard
