Pros

Great working environment, easy sales role with steady renumeration. It incorporates work life balance. Can sell consistently with slight tweaks of the provided script

Cons

Accor Plus is not the best place to start in sales as the commission structure is not as good as in other industries. The telephone based role in this Industry does not offer great career development

Cons

The Accor teams have no knowledge of luxury or quality. They want to grow fast, but do it at the detriment of hurting customer service, loyalty and care.
