      Pros

      Accor is the world renowned brand, and its been an immense pleasure to work for one of the maximum revenue generated food and beverage hotel in Mumbai.

      Cons

      lack of learning and development of an associate in the organisation, Talent and culture team need to be supportive with extra man power when the hotel is generated maximum revenue exceeding the budget with high profit percentage.

      Very keen about their people every employee at Accor is talented , fast growing company in all segments , you feel valued while working with Accor they also haver a very strong commitment to the local community and sustainable development

      not to much to say , but some where like my region we need to look to ipmrove the salary scale
