Some brands managed by Accor are not up to standard, not ideal working environment

Bring people to the properties, no Proper interview, favouritism, even doing the online test for their favourite candidates - pre selected. paying more for the new joiners who don’t possess skills than who are in the property with long service with established results in the position. Entire Human Resources is a scam. Literally worthless and namesake. Focused on show offs such as random events, donut days etc for photo shoots in name of CSR. Unholy connection with recruitment companies where the HR heads have interest so that they can hire their favourites. But speak about equality and diversity a lot. Anonymous complaints in the hotlines are forwarded to the same person who is the culprit,for enquiry and takes retaliatory action on the person who raised the complaint.
