Cons

You will need to fight to get real technical exposure that will benefit your career. Lots of stuff outsourced or subby’d out. Limited exposure to the full project cycle

Really nice environment, great professionals, big projects. Salaries are above average though not stellar.

Cons

Techincal managers need more presence in the projects. Also work-life balance is a bit of a challenge in this kind of enterprises. Sometimes "it comes with the job" but still they should do a bit more about it. Late hours are a common thing.
