Pros

Acciona’s Chicago office provides a supportive and dynamic workplace with plenty of opportunities for growth, continuous learning, and engagement in office activities. Employees have access to higher-level courses and professional development programs to enhance both technical and leadership skills.

Cons

The workload can get intense at times, so good time management is key.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. It is fast paced. You're never bored and are always learning new things. Lots of growth and potential development. The company respects your time and leadership will try their best to not contact during non-working hours; there are some urgent items though. Great work life balance. Pay and benefits are decent for the local.

Cons

-Lack of resources: This might be true for most companies, but Acciona runs very lean. It's an up-hill battle to get more resources and/or headcount. Sometimes it feels like you are doing the work of 3 people and issues does not stop. -This is also true for most companies too. When you're in leadership, there's not much room for upward mobility or growth. -There's a good amount of turn over at the entry to midlevel positions. It is getting better since I started 2 years ago.
