      Surrounded by good people and support staff Interesting projects - company is making an effort to bid for a lot of Australian projects and communicates opportunities to employees Opportunities to work overseas Opportunities for career progression are excellent

      Cons

      People have been fired without warning No real basis to train young engineers, but make up for it by giving inexperienced workers a lot of responsibility Still evolving as a company in Australia, so perhaps not as established as other tier 1's Long hours, overtime compensation for weekend and night work is definitely not up to par compared to other companies

      Pros

      Great company culture, top projects around the world and first-class professionals. The team spirit is amazing and the atmosphere very warming and collaborative. You get to work in projects around the world. I am glad I was part of such an amazing group.

      Cons

      Would be better to have a more flat organization - top management more communicative and open about whats going on. Career paths and promotions could be more well-defined.
