      Lots of opportunity to step up and take responsibility. Good work culture on projects under construction.

      Cons

      Working culture outside projects is dry. Role often varies from initial job description and multiple manages mean you have to manage your managers to avoid unrealistic work load. If you decide to take it on agree to additional remuneration before undertaking the task. Hard work doesn’t garantee pay rises.
