      Most of the other employees are really nice

      Cons

      Management does not understand Canada at all and Management won't listen. Currently in the scapegoat phase - 3 Canadian managers have been fired in a row. Very high turnover. Morale is bad. Serious concerns that Acciona may be kicked off this project like they were for North Shore Waste Water. Join at your own risk.

      Pay is average for the industry Benefits package is slightly above average

      Cons

      Lack of meaningful effective communication between departments causing tremendous loss of productivity for design and construction. Cumbersome procedures, imposed overtime, below average ability to estimate and forecast upcoming work. Poor understanding of development of junior personnel, knowledge succession, and promoting growth within the company. Lack of inclusivity culture, thriving favoritism. High personnel turnover due to low morale.
