Pros

Things I love about Accenture: - amazing culture to support and grow our people - continuous learning with latest market and technology trends and a push to follow these - lots of opportunity in the company which allows you to progress quickly however also learn new disciplines - strong ethics which are really coming to life since Julie Sweet has taken on the CEO role. Julie not only wants us to have the right brand for the company and have a strong sense of purpose but she is seeking to really embed these ethics in the company to identify and change those that don't follow these.

Cons

Areas for improvements: - work life balance, we do a lot of training on this however the work hard culture is there and easy to get caught up in. - they are rare but a few leaders that are excellent at sales/delivery but borderline pass on human ethics. It's disappointing to see them rewarded based on their behavior to people.
