      1.Get exposure to learning if tagged to good project 2.Challanges are high which makes you robust in handling them. 3.You are expected to work in 1 project at a time 4.Ramp up skills in initial level of career and get exposure to difficult situations.

      1.Salary increments and promotions are little tricky to get. 2.With some client work load becomes hectic and forced to fill client requirement , neglecting the employee's consideration.
