Friendly colleague, no office politics within same level I am lucky to have good team lead and QA, make life easier in job X2 Overtime allowance For weekends and public holiday OT, they will provide X2 overtime which you work 1 day= 3 day
Cons
Impression > capability I interviewed for QA twice, 1st get dropped because better candidate, 2nd time get dropped because of management want to have "diversity" so they choose foreigner despite i am experienced and skilled. No WFH in my project Which is quite sad as i am transferred from a wfh project FTE>Perm 2 years, only managed to get Perm flex benefit package and 2% pay raise, which i think is not really nice as compared to effort putting in.
