Seniors in team is always Critising and judging people purposefully bad and always negative comments and words full of negativity. At one point we will start believing that we are useless, like that much they will make us comfortable in feeling.Even managers will be taking words of seniors only, not minding us as humans also, only they need is a slave work how much ever they blame also ,not giving hike for our work, only senior words are effective in our rating .no matter how you work and contribute to work.

This list is specific to CALYPSO practice in Accenture. 1. Horrible Projects. 2. Managers will never be on your side. 3. You'll never be estimating for the work you're supposed to do. Manager will decide how much time it will take and convey it to the client. You have to deliver it no matter what. 4. You'll not get to work on what you're hired for(i.e. no calypso usage) 5. They'll make your life miserable if you give resignation. 6. Even if you've officially resigned by mail to your manager. We have to raise exit request in AST tool. And if tool is not working fine and your resignation is delayed. If you go to HR to adjust LWD accordingly they'll mistreat you(first of all they'll hardly answer and if they answer they'll just be like they cannot do anything and yell at you) 7. If you want to see a height of unprofessionalism please join Accenture and try to resign from it.
