      Pros

      You make good pals/friends if you have been mass recruited. Since it an MNC, it has better culture, at lest what I have come to know from my other peers who had switched from other Indian MNCs

      Cons

      Mediocre hikes barely help you sustain if you are all by yourself. Some seniors/leads can be really toxic :(
