      Environment is highly performance based, Gives lot of opportunities as a individual contributor and makes growth easier. Good upper management in terms of learning and expierience they provide alot of support.

      Cons

      Highly competitive and also resource demanding, have to put long hours and sacrifice W/L Balance initially to gain some respect and value at intial years
