      Room for knowledge enhancement. Good earning potential year on year. Option to switch departments within the company. If your manager is impressed by you (not with the work), then probably you have an upper hand.

      Cons

      Pure corporate play. Politics within the department is common. One must deal with it to survive. Like other companies with similar business, system manipulation tends to be a practice.
