      Good place to work - Plenty of opportunities and cross training the resource into different technologies, Encourage resource to do certifications - Plenty of cultural /PPA activities. Company will provide the transportation to employees. Good team building activities like Team lunches/Dinners

      Long working hours - Every year they keep few people into PIP Every one has to do some extra work apart from project work
