      Accenture offers a range of roles which allows individuals to identify their niche and then grow within that domain. Also, the company provides an extremely wide range of exposure that plays a pivotal role in overall development of the employees

      Not exactly a con, but one thing that differentiates Accenture from other companies is a lot depends on the individual's initiative. Employee needs to identify the desired professional path for themselves and then work on those lines.
