Pros

- The opportunity for growth, people with right attitude and performance are promoted on timely basis. - The company is well organized and one of the most disciplined companies - Compensation is best in class. There are few negativity wrt compensation, but they are still better. - Brand name

Cons

- Not all promises are kept (eg. horizontal movement within the organization is promised for every employee working in ACN for over 15 months. That is not done all the time and requires huge pushing and recommendation from the lead.)
