Pros

The best reason to work in Accenture is the Carreer Opportunities, in the other hand, there's a Challeging work environment, wich estimulates you to be better and better. Excelent relationships between managers and enployees. In Accenture you have an excellent opportunity to grow as a professional and as a person. There's a great work team with a helful mind. As we work in consulting, Accenture invests a lot of money and time in our knowledge.

Cons

There's only one downside: Payment. Accenture as one of the bests consulting companies should pay more to its employees to mantain them more time inside the company. We really do hi level consulting, so we expect to obtain compensation for that excellent work.

Pros

Accenture has a very good working environment. The people are very professional, friendly and easy to get along with. They are the type of crowd you want to hang out with after office to grab a beer. The company promotes a culture of recognition not just from management but amongst its peers as well. Also, since Accenture is a global company, there is a lot of opportunities to take on new role and travel to different countries. Lastly, the company provides a good communication line to its employees. Even though we are 150,000 globally, we still feel part of one big family.

Cons

Work in Accenture is very demanding. Since it provides the best working environment and training to its employees, it only expects the best quality of work. The company promotes a culture of extending your skills to their fullest potential. Although this may sound positive, it actually means that you have to work very hard (including overtime and weekend work) in order to meet the deliverables to the client. Another downside is the constant travels. This could also mean time away from home, family, friends and love ones. But these downsides are often neglected because of the rewards, recognition and people that makes working in Accenture worthwhile.
