Pros

You will meet great people from around the world. (network) You will have an opportunity to learn a wide variety of technologies very quickly. (training) You will have a very solid name on your resume from a Global 150 company. You will work with clients that are very large and well known on very noticeable projects.

Cons

You will be expected to put in a LOT of hours to maintain your competitiveness with your peers. The meritocracy can be very challenging for some people. Taking time off is harder than you would think, and taking days "here and there" seems difficult. Work/Life balance is less important than they will try to tell you.

Pros

- You have opportunities to growth. - Promotions are easy if you have good performance. - Good group of professionals very qualified.

Cons

- Accenture is famous for one thing: "There is no balance between personal life and work life". You have to work too much!! - The same... if you try leave the office on time, your managers see that as a negative attitude.

Pros

Good work culture transparency in operations & processes Good People to work with & great team work spirit. Good for few years after college but I would advise to move on to better consulting firms if provided with an opportunity.

Cons

Too many people has made Accenture think of processes more than it's people. So doesn't care much of talent within the industry. It's a numbers game & cost driven instead of value/quality driven. HR - They are not aware of leading HR practices in the consulting market and absolutely incompetent. Add too much overhead to the company as a whole.. Some senior mgmt people aren't as good as they think, they are only good because they haven't been compared with the best!
