Pros

Work Life balance is okay.

Cons

Poor compensation for experienced hires. Pay raises and promotions are too much to ask for even if your are the best performer in a project. Promotions are only based on how talented one is in being able to beg for it which ultimately makes for a huge pool of incompetant managers. Completely profit oriented, no value or consideration for talented employees.

Pros

* On time salary payments * Decent benefits * Decent hours * In the training period you could probably skip work and no one would notice.

Cons

* Email filtering system is crazy. You will get spammed by fellow employees all the time. I received a chain of emails that was 120 emails long which was an argument about spamming. * No HR took action on time for the above * Bad management
