Pros

Will have good certifications and vouchers for skill development When it comes to the projects depends on the market you were assigned, you can make good connections and treats that given by the market or the project.

Cons

Many of the Freshers are being assigned into testing or support related projects which doesn't create much growth in future and will be difficult for career growth. And also not assigning into right project, according to there training stream. Sometimes if you are too unlucky they will hardlock you into the project without even your acceptance.
