The nature of the beast means that our business is impacted by things outside of our control, such as who wins the World Series or long, hot summers where nobody wants to go outside

Cons

poor salary reviews - there are six levels to grade employees on each performance catagory but only the lower three are ever used. As an example you can have perfect attendence but only be rated a "3" - meets expectations.

Extensive growth and opportunites on th horizon. Benefits are lucrative and can make up for poor annual raise increase. Young company, balanced work and family life.

Cons

1.5 to 2.0 percent annual increase common irregardless of reveiw score. Have seen persons receiving higher annual eval scores than co worker and raise be significantly less. Inconsistency between store and how policies are followed.
