      associates make it fun even when we are all frustrated with the work load. pay is okay and discounted gear

      Cons

      work level high in short amount of time..hours were cut so there is very little time to stand around . i would like to be acknowledged more...

      Good customer base and employee discount. There are opportunities for promotion if you can maintain a strong work ethic regardless of low wage and demotivating store policies/management.

      Cons

      Low pay/benefits for given responsibilities and work load (depending on department). Ridiculous store policies. High employee turnover, always training or dealing with someone new.
