      good dental and vision benefits,the time i go to work

      Cons

      lazy managers and employees,breakdown in communication between management and employees,too many STUPID rule and policies,thugs that work in coporate who do not know what they are doing,and very low pay.Too much money is wasted on managers,and not enough money is given to employees who really care!

      Work employees to the point of exhaustion. Go back and forth on protocols. Change policies without notifying all shifts

      Pros

      Can work with your schedule if you need certain days off for school or personal reasons. Management is pretty good. Good discount on product for employees. Co-workers are really friendly with eachother. Very good work enviornment, enjoy going to work on most days.

      Cons

      Customers abusing the return policy. Not great opportunities for promotions. Been working full time hours for 5 months, yet I have not been changed to a full-time employee. A lot of rule changes going on right now.
