Pros
It's real work. When you clock in, you start work until you clock out to go home. Many people in society take advantage of the job they have and blow it off. You're there to work not play around.
Cons
Online Resources aren't very well known. You hear about "The Spot" but you don't really know how to access it unless you ask for help. Hours are based on profit. You exceed the quarter, you get more hours - you fall behind the quarter, hours get cut back.
