Pros

The company consistantley hires good and respectful employees. Training as ongoing giving much needed knowledge to sell the products it provides.

Cons

Negative motivation hurts this company. Instead of positive reinforcement, employees are constantly told what will happen to them if they do something wrong. There is very little reinforcement of what is being done right. Most employees are teen to 20's and do not have much work experience under their belt. Opportunities exist to mold them into great employees instead of pushing them out the door with threats of points or write ups.

Academy is very flexible in their hours, especially as a full-time student. They have good online training and there is opportunity to advance in the company.

Cons

There are too many managers who don't have much control. The management is the worst thing about this company because no one takes responsibility but everyone gives orders.
