It is really easy to get a job there. the interview was really simple. As long as you look presentable and answers the questions correct you have a job

the hours are long, the pay is somewhat low and the mangers are lazy and do not care about the employees

What you would expect from a retail job just a little worse

Not very many pros really, you get discounts. Sometimes it's fun to talk to customers but be careful to talk to much because you'll get lectured for talking to much to customers...

Cons

The place I worked at the management treated their employee's like trash, they were very hypocritical where they do nothing and stand around in a group talking to each other in the middle of the aisle while ignoring customers. Get lectured for customer service even though have provided customer service and the manager just walked past and ignored said customer. Scheduling is all screwed up, had to force their hand with scheduling because they kept messing up mines, kept getting schedule for 4 AM on a non freight day (store opens at 8 AM) and get lectured for not working (their are no customers, no freight, no nothing. Not sure what they wanted me to work on)
