      Building friendships with other employees.

      Cons

      All of the Managers are immature, they will all stab you in the back, and they are all fake. They don't care about their employees at all, and if you put your two weeks in they will just let you go.

      The discounts are the only upsidento thus job

      Cons

      Management is lazy Repetitive work Favoritism Catty work environment Myself and multiple coworkers have stated that working here feels like having a black cloud over your head. The apparel department is the least respected department yet we take up 40% of the store and by far have the most work when it comes to closing. Apply to any other department besides apparel department if you ever want to be taken seriously.

      Spine Less District Managers that will save their own hides. Human Resources is unprofessional and retaliates.

      If you work for a good DM with a spine to follow policy and not be persuaded by HR then you will enjoy

      Cons

      HR is a joke. They are too busy trying to validate their importance to the company in every little aspect of running a store. The CEO is too busy trying to make everyone like him and too busy with his jack and coke to look at the real problems in the company.
