      Easy job. Would be easier if there were more hours for better coverage.

      Pros

      Only pro for me was that the location I worked at was close to home. My location told you at the interview if you got the job.

      Cons

      Okay pay but hardly any hours especially for new hires. Base pay for leads is $16/17 an hour and they max out at $20. $14 for cashier leads. $9-12 regular associate depending on department. Worst to best departments are as follows: Footwear, Apparel, Freight, Fulfillment, Cashier, Hardlines (camping, team sports, hunting and fishing), Gun counter, Inventory Control. They pick and choose who gets reprimanded for attendance. I seen people get away with being late every single to shift and they still have a job.
