Pros
There are some pros, the pay, the dailypay you can use to get money for bills if you need to.
Cons
But there are way more cons then pros, management is terrible if a manager harasses you and a few other employees and yall complain to the store director yall will get written up, the hours are low, the job is just boring where everyone wants to leave, you can't walk around anywhere even if your area is clean and no one is there, if you say goodmorning to people you won't get a response at all.
