Very easy job and some pretty cool coworkers

Cons

Low and inconsistent pay. I had the most experience but was being paid the lowest. Was refused a raise, but was doing merch, apparel, cashier and unloading the truck. Terrible management. Managers would hang out on their phones in the office, leave for coffee, come in hours late and talk about wildly inappropriate things. You are not going to be promoted here if you show up and actually work.

Flexible schedule with use of Calabrio WFM

Cons

Fire people at will with no coaching on mistakes. I was let go a week before Christmas with 2 kids over a disconnected call that was actually a headset issue.
