Pros
The Abt family is very generous. Bob Abt has taught so many people how to be successful and that will never be forgotten. The Abt sons are doing a great job following in their fathers footsteps. They treat employees fair and are very involved in the business. They pay well and the benefits are far better than iv seen elsewhere. They employ a lot of great people that are easy to get along with.
Cons
Not many cons other than certain people having power that they often abuse. Customers can often make or break your day.
