9yThanks for the high rating, although it appears to be an error or distorted based on your comments that follow.
A couple of facts to clear things up:
• PTO is earned in the first year;
• We are flexible with our work scheduling and at the same time try to meet growing
customer demand which is the reason for the overtime opportunities and extra pay that
comes with it;
• We give employees feedback on a daily basis without “passive aggressive” vibes. We
always try to be very clear about everything we do and say.
