Decent pay. Decent health insurance.

Cons

Unorganized. Hours can be long. Passive aggressive punishment. Pretty much impossible to get off early. PTO is non existent first year.

Thanks for the high rating, although it appears to be an error or distorted based on your comments that follow. A couple of facts to clear things up: • PTO is earned in the first year; • We are flexible with our work scheduling and at the same time try to meet growing customer demand which is the reason for the overtime opportunities and extra pay that comes with it; • We give employees feedback on a daily basis without “passive aggressive” vibes. We always try to be very clear about everything we do and say.

Pros

I work in the electronics sales department and it's a nice space. The pay is great, the people are friendly and helpful. Hour lunch.

Cons

The con is the hours. They rotate every week and that's annoying.

Thanks for your feedback. We have many schedules to meet our employees' needs and we do not rotate schedules unless an employee makes a request to do so. Thanks again.

Long hours. Customers do not appreciate the service that is provided, they expect it.

We give our customers superior service and they expect that. That's OK with us because we guarantee that and customers always come back and tell others about our store's outstanding service. Long hours are good for us, we like to work hard. Last week Abt won the # 1 Top Workplace for large companies in Chicago which demonstrates that indeed, Bob Abt's ideologies have been maintained and live on.
