Micromanaged - there are more cameras watching employees than there are the merchandise

Glad you like your fellow workers as it is important to have a friendly work environment. We are a retail store and have more cameras over merchandise on our sales floor and warehouse to prevent theft.

Great place to work, as far as retail goes, there isn't anything better. Owners are awesome, pay is good, benefits are good also.

Cons

Longer hours during the holidays, but it's retail, comes with the territory.
