Sorry we were unable to find a mutual fit in your 3 weeks of employment with us. Abt has been in business over 82 years and value our staff and customers highly. We're proud of our many awards and accomplishments we've received throughout the years, including best place to buy appliances from Consumer Reports the last 7 years and the top workplace in Chicago for the last 9 years. we always try to do the right thing and it is never our intention to aggravate anybody in any way. We are an extremely busy store and there is always a lot of work to be done, fortunately for us all. Normally our staff loves the overtime pay. Always looking to hire nice, friendly and smiley people. Our pay and benefits are highly competitive and our strong family culture is second to none.

Great Culture. You have get autonomy because you are not being micromanage since its family-owned.

Poor Benefits. Part Timers do not get any benefits except discounts on products
