2yWhile our employees worked from home at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, at the core of our company is our customers. Having our employees in-store allows customers to speak with someone in person and we are able to provide the customer experience they deserve and the family atmosphere our staff loves.

2yThank you for your feedback. All employees receive annual reviews with performance-based raises. The majority of employees receive both raises and quarterly bonuses. We have consistently been rated a top workplace by our employees and have raised our starting pay several times to compete in the market.
