Great pay, long lunches, is a great place to keep a long term job if you can put up with everything that goes with it.

Cons

Micromanaged, camera every inch of the building, tells you you're getting a bonus then takes it away with ridiculous write ups before it's actually time to take it. All of the managers are in a race to suck up to the big boss. Most of the older salesman are overweight and or depressed. Rude coworkers.

Pros

There are some pleasant people to work with on a daily bases. Pay is pretty good and on site gym membership for $20 a yr that is pretty great. You also receive paid life insurance for full time employees. Can easily work overtime.

Cons

Dealing with people attitudes especially when your new. If you make a mistake you will get yelled at right away. Sometimes co-workers will call you just to yell at you. (You would think customers are bad enough, but wait til you meet some of these employees. There are horrible). No respect at all, they have made so many females cry the first few weeks. Co-workers are not all nice they do not like helping you out but expect so much in return. Family own business that has a lot, LOT of favoritism.

Made good money in the beginning. Then the Abt's got greedy and then not so much. Used to be a great job.

Cons

Treated like a number. You have to be a robot to succeed there. Told frequently that "you are replaceable" told where the door is. When let go, you will be told "it's not working out" no other reason is given.
