3yThanks for taking the time to leave a review. Almost all of upper management is promoted from within, with is something we pride ourselves on. No one is perfect, which is why all employees, including managers, are continually trained throughout their careers at Abt. We would be happy to discuss specific instances with you if you would like to stop by the HR department .

3yWe are an extremely busy store and it is no secret our drivers work long hours. It is brought up in the interview process on several occasions. We have no problem giving time off as long as we are fully staffed for the specific time. If you have any issues with time off, feel free to see one of the managers. Most of our drivers are happy with the overtime pay versus the alternative. We are also a retail store, customers expect us to be open holidays and weekends.
