      The core values of Abt are the same regardless of your tenure. If you take care of our customers and work hard you will continue to succeed and grow. We have never had a layoff in our 86 years in business. Seeing our employees learn and grow within the company is a great source of pride and we promote within whenever possible. Our employee retention speaks for itself as the average tenure of our employees is over a decade.

      Thank you for your feedback. All employees receive annual reviews with performance-based raises. The majority of employees receive both raises and quarterly bonuses. We have consistently been rated a top workplace by our employees. While we have photos of many public figures, including, politicians, actors, etc. on our “wall of fame" we try to stay neutral in our political views. We are sorry one of the photos offended you.

      Pros

      Employees are empowered to make decisions. Competitive pay and benefits. The company loves to promote from within. Vast majority of managers started at lower level positions. Friendly atmosphere. The owners are accessible to any of the employees.

      Cons

      Working on a Saturday or Sunday.
