It is a very hierarchical company where, unless you are a manager, your voice and opinion aren´t going to be taken into account. - They like hiring staff that is very competitive, so relationship among peers aren´t great. - Company has been several years in red numbers due to lack of vision and silly business decision like a rebranding with a stupid brand message.
