Pros

- Well known company, good to gain experience

Cons

- No working-life balance (usually you will be working untill 9pm from 9am). - Salary low. Middle positions between 22K to 30K --> Managers more than 80K - Managerial promote regularly redundancies. - Managerial staff are more oriented to show their proyect they are working on offsite the company, rather than looking after the benefit of the company. - All their HR claims are false. It is a very hierarchical company where, unless you are a manager, your voice and opinion aren´t going to be taken into account. - They like hiring staff that is very competitive, so relationship among peers aren´t great. - Company has been several years in red numbers due to lack of vision and silly business decision like a rebranding with a stupid brand message.

Pros

A part of Axa group

Cons

Sales and Operations are poorly run. There is no meritocracy and people work under a constant fear from the Director which is neither a good professional nor skilled to perform on the job. A gloomy environment and very very bad working environment with a lot of people pretending to work but instead keep themselves busy all day in meetings.
