Pros

Team was friendly enough. All the offices I visited were nicely laid out and well presented.

Cons

Mildly stressful environment working as they are trying to keep a lot of plates spinning all at once. The large amount of contract drivers made it difficult to know who you were working with an affair a few of them were quite unreliable which made life difficult on a regular basis.

The only con for me was the requirement to work from home but that was following COVID and i guess was a response to business need
